  1. Add 3 Cups (24 oz.) water to contents of bag using a wire whisk until mix is completely smooth.
  2. Peel 6-7 large sweet onions (approximately 80-90 rings). Cut the onion into rings about ½ inch wide.
  3. Place onion rings into batter and completely coat, drop into deep fryer. Fry until golden brown (about 3 minutes)

NOTE: Use normal deep fryer temperature (350-375)
