- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ¼ cup (2 oz.) vegetable oil.
- Add ½ cup (4 oz.) water.
- Mix at low speed for 30 seconds then scrape down bowl and mix on medium speed for 1 ½ minutes.
- Using a ¼ cup measure, drop into muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350° F
