  1. Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 large eggs.
  3. Add ¼ cup (2 oz.) vegetable oil.
  4. Add ½ cup (4 oz.) water.
  5. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds then scrape down bowl and mix on medium speed for 1 ½ minutes.
  6. Using a ¼ cup measure, drop into muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350° F
