- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 1½ cups warm water.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before making.
- Drop a tablespoon size dough into hot oil (350-375 degrees)
- Fry in oil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
